EOL Testing Methodologies
EOL methodologies are a crucial aspect of the manufacturing process, aimed at verifying the quality, functionality, and reliability of products before they are released to the market. EOL testing involves a series of rigorous tests and inspections conducted at the final stages of production to identify any defects or deviations from specifications and ensure that products meet the required standards of performance and safety.
Key Components:
- Model based attribute engineering for Vehicle durability and Powertrain durability, Elec and functional safety), Brakes, Steering, vehicle dynamics, environmental (corrosion, and cold weather), vehicle durability and NVH (Exterior), Crash Worthiness, ADAs and AV
- Create test procedures and test plan DFEMA & ADV for Vehicle and component an requirements.
- Creation, planning and implementation of Vehicle development DVP&SOR (Design veri & Signoff report) and Subsystem DVP.
- Electric Vehicle integration testing (Vehicle functions and features testing in all domains and vehicle durability, NVH, crash, durability, functional safety, EE validation (SW,FIU functional safety), Homologation, NHTSA and EPA regulations
- CAE Simulation and Correlation of Acoustic prediction (ERP) at the stator and full motor
- Generate Tables for SW integration AV function safety testing based on Analysis ( safety requirements, equivalence and errors, scope and functional coverage and so regression contents with ASIL ranking.
